Role Overview
The Quality Control Engineer plays a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance for our electrical products and systems. This full-time, on-site position is based in the 2nd Industrial City and involves rigorous daily inspections of incoming materials, in-process production stages, and finished products. Utilizing established testing procedures and advanced tools, the Quality Control Engineer ensures compliance with internal specifications and industry standards, meticulously documenting inspection results and preparing comprehensive reports for production and management teams.
Collaboration is a cornerstone of this role, as the Quality Control Engineer works closely with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to investigate nonconformities, identify root causes, and propose effective corrective and preventive actions. The position also involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining the calibration of testing equipment, participating in audits, and contributing to the development and refinement of quality control procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards.
- Compliance Monitoring: Verify compliance with internal specifications and relevant industry standards, including ISO, IEC, or similar frameworks, to maintain product integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document inspection results and prepare detailed reports for production and management teams to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Root Cause Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate nonconformities, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and enhance product quality.
- Continuous Improvement: Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in quality control procedures.
- Equipment Calibration: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing equipment through regular calibration and maintenance, adhering to established protocols.
- Audit Participation: Participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and drive corrective actions where necessary.
- Procedure Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of quality control procedures to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications and Skills
