Sales Engineer – Dammam, KSA

A distinguished contracting company is actively seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to fuel business growth in the Eastern Province and throughout the Kingdom. If you possess a deep understanding of the KSA construction market, a robust industry network, and a proven ability to secure new projects, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the construction sector.
Foster and maintain strategic relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and government entities.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into awarded projects.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
Lead negotiations and support the contract award process.
Achieve sales targets while expanding the company's market presence.
Monitor market trends and upcoming projects to develop a strong sales pipeline.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience in the KSA contracting industry.
Proven track record of winning and closing construction projects.
Strong knowledge of the Eastern Province market is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Valid Saudi driving license is required.
