The University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (HSLU) supports its six departments through various services, enabling a diverse range of educational offerings.

Your Role:

Develop and maintain practical lab experiments in current IT and digital technologies, continuously improving them.
Operate, automate, and optimize lab infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps practices.
Provide technical support and coaching to students during their lab and project work.
Gather and analyze requirements for practical teaching content, preparing them for specific target groups.
Introduce current technological trends, tools, and methods to continuously modernize the lab environment.
Collaborate actively in creating an innovative and scalable lab and training landscape within a modern IT organization.

Your Profile:

Degree in Computer Science (HBO/FH/ETH/Uni) or relevant IT apprenticeship with practical experience.
Passion for modern IT topics and strong knowledge in Security, IT Infrastructure, Network, or System Engineering.
Experience with technologies and platforms like Linux, Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Docker, or OpenStack is an asset.
Enjoy coaching and supporting students and colleagues in their development.
Excellent communication skills in German and good English skills in a technical context.
