PepsiCo, a global leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Modern Trade Manager for our KSA market. This role is based in Riyadh and offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales and build strong relationships with key retail partners.

• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales and market share within the modern trade channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing plans and promotions.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in modern trade sales or a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as required.
