Join Our Team as a Warehouse Keeper at Orient Medical Solutions

Orient Medical Solutions, a leading provider of medical supplies based in Riyadh, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Keeper to ensure the efficient and accurate management of our inventory in Al Sulay. This full-time position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain, supporting healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. If you possess strong organizational skills, a commitment to precision, and experience in warehouse operations—particularly within the medical or pharmaceutical sector—we invite you to apply and contribute to our mission of delivering quality healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Keeper at Orient Medical Solutions, you will be responsible for a wide range of warehouse activities designed to uphold the highest standards of inventory accuracy, product safety, and operational efficiency. Your core duties will include:

  • Receiving and Verification: Accurately receive incoming shipments by verifying quantities, item codes, batch/lot numbers, expiry dates, and the physical condition of products against purchase orders and delivery documents to ensure compliance with procurement standards.
  • Inventory Storage and Organization: Store medical supplies according to their specific storage and temperature requirements, ensuring optimal conditions are maintained to preserve product integrity. Implement and adhere to FEFO (First Expired, First Out) and FIFO (First In, First Out) principles to manage stock rotation effectively.
  • Order Processing and Fulfillment: Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with precision and timeliness, ensuring all items are correctly documented and delivered in accordance with customer expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in our ERP or warehouse management system. Conduct regular cycle counts and support comprehensive physical inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, damaged goods, or short-dated items.
  • Expiry and Traceability Management: Monitor expiry dates vigilantly, generate reports on short-expiry and non-moving inventory, and ensure full batch and lot traceability for all medical products in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Temperature Monitoring and Compliance: Record and maintain warehouse and refrigerated storage temperatures as required, ensuring environmental conditions meet product specifications and safety standards.
  • Documentation and Coordination: Prepare and verify shipment documents, including packing lists and delivery notes, while coordinating closely with logistics and operations teams to facilitate seamless order fulfillment and distribution.
  • Warehouse Maintenance and Safety: Uphold a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by adhering to company procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines. Ensure all materials are received or issued only with approved documentation and system records in place.
  • Special Processes Support: Assist in product recalls, returns, quarantine procedures, and damaged-goods management to ensure timely resolution and compliance with quality control measures.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and possess the necessary skills and experience:

  • Education: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a similar role within a warehouse environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or regulated product environments is highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management principles such as FIFO, FEFO, batch control, and expiry date tracking. Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory software, or warehouse management systems is essential. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately read and interpret item codes, batch numbers, expiry dates, and shipment documentation. A meticulous approach to work is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance.
  • Physical Requirements: Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting cartons, standing for extended periods, and operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in Arabic is required. Proficiency in English is an advantage and will facilitate effective communication with international suppliers and internal teams.
  • Work Availability: Commitment to full-time employment at our Al Sulay warehouse location in Riyadh.

If you are a proactive professional with a passion for logistics and a dedication to maintaining excellence in warehouse operations, we encourage you to apply and become a valued member of the Orient Medical Solutions team.
