Position Overview

• Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all population health programs comply with local and international healthcare regulations. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard program integrity and organizational reputation.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and exceptional leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s or advanced degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Epidemiology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in population health management, healthcare strategy, or a related discipline, with a track record of designing and implementing successful initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and experience with health data systems and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving cross-functional collaboration and managing complex projects with a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry trends in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
