Key Responsibilities

The Business Development and Commercial Excellence Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business by focusing on the following core responsibilities:

• Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the diagnostics sector, including partnerships, alliances, and strategic acquisitions to enhance market penetration and revenue growth.
• Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and implement data-driven commercial strategies that align with market trends, customer needs, and organizational goals. This includes pricing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless business operations and long-term partnerships.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze market performance, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and optimize commercial outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in business development, commercial strategy, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
