• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance in engineering activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and customer requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between key stakeholders, including proposal management, cost estimation, partners, customers, GE Vernova Product Engineering, procurement, and engineering subcontractors.
• Expertise Development: Cultivate deep technical knowledge within your discipline, serving as a go-to resource for best practices and quality assurance.
• Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development of strategies and policies, ensuring their effective implementation within your area of responsibility.
• Market Awareness: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices, competitive landscapes, and factors that differentiate the company in the market.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Exercise sound judgment to address moderately complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or design challenges. Analyze existing solutions critically and leverage technical expertise to support data-driven recommendations.
