We are seeking an accomplished Asset & Portfolio Management Director to drive long-term value and growth by strategically managing our real estate portfolio and subsidiaries.

• Lead strategic portfolio management and optimization to maximize long-term value.
• Monitor portfolio performance, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Develop and oversee portfolio governance, performance frameworks, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Identify risks, growth opportunities, and value creation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and operational excellence.
• Support strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Master’s degree and/or professional certifications such as CFA, MBA preferred.
• +7 years of relevant experience in asset management, portfolio management, corporate finance, investment management, or strategy, including leadership experience.
• Prior experience in real estate, holding companies, investment firms, or large corporates preferred.
