About the Role
CARE is seeking motivated and qualified Saudi graduates to participate in the prestigious Tamheer Program, an on-the-job training initiative designed to equip fresh graduates with essential professional experience and industry-relevant skills. This program offers a unique opportunity to work within the Medical Director Office Department as a Secretary, providing hands-on training in a dynamic and supportive environment. The Tamheer Program is tailored for Saudi nationals holding a bachelor’s degree or higher who have not been employed in the past six months, with the goal of bridging the gap between academic achievement and full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Department Coordinator "Secretary" within the Medical Director Office Department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Medical Director and senior staff members, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Organizing and maintaining confidential records, documents, and files with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to data protection protocols.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials using advanced MS Office tools, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
- Serving as a liaison between the Medical Director’s office and other departments, stakeholders, and external parties to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow.
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail, with professionalism and discretion.
- Supporting the planning and execution of departmental events, meetings, and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity.
- Demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and contributing innovative ideas to improve office workflows and processes.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution.
- Have not been employed or registered with the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) in the last six months.
- Have not previously participated in the Tamheer Program.
