Key Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all finance and accounting operations while delivering high-impact financial strategies. Core duties include:

• Financial Leadership: Lead and manage the finance and accounting teams, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Strategic Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth financial analysis and actionable recommendations to support critical business decisions, investment evaluations, and long-term planning initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to international financial standards (IFRS) and local regulations, including VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), and Zakat, while maintaining robust internal controls and audit readiness.
• Treasury and Banking Relations: Oversee treasury activities, manage working capital, and cultivate strong relationships with banking partners to optimize financial resources.
• Financial Feasibility and Planning: Conduct financial feasibility studies and support business expansion, investment projects, and strategic planning efforts.
• Team Development and Process Improvement: Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role within a corporate finance environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the Healthcare or Distribution sectors is advantageous, though candidates from other industries with relevant financial expertise will also be considered.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Familiarity with VAT, WHT, and Zakat regulations is essential.
• ERP Systems: Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is required.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
