About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Business Manager Digital Health (Healthcare IT) to lead the development and management of our Digital Health portfolio in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role is based in Riyadh and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare technology by driving innovation, fostering strategic partnerships, and delivering sustainable solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Development & Execution: Create and implement comprehensive business plans for digital health solutions, including PACS, RIS, and CVIS, tailored to the Saudi market. Ensure alignment with regional and global strategic objectives while maximizing revenue potential.
- Customer Insights & Solution Design: Analyze customer requirements to identify and recommend optimal Siemens Healthineers offerings. Develop compelling solution proposals that address enterprise customer needs, converting opportunities into tangible business outcomes.
- Market Leadership & Growth: Establish and strengthen the digital health portfolio’s reputation in Saudi Arabia by building customer references, fostering long-term relationships, and positioning Siemens Healthineers as a trusted partner in healthcare transformation.
- Sales & Revenue Management: Generate and nurture sales leads, manage the sales funnel, and deliver high-impact customer presentations. Prepare accurate and timely forecasts for orders and revenue on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis to support strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with local, regional, and global teams, including sales, marketing, and modality leaders, to execute business plans and projects seamlessly. Act as a bridge between customer requirements and technical execution, ensuring alignment with Siemens Healthineers’ global standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Leverage networking skills to drive collaboration and identify new business opportunities in the digital health space.
Your Expertise & Qualifications
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Healthcare IT, with a deep understanding of PACS, RIS, CVIS solutions, and healthcare IT infrastructure. Prior experience in marketing or sales within the healthcare technology sector is highly desirable.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies, with a strong focus on solution selling and revenue growth. Experience in healthcare IT project execution and workflow optimization, particularly in radiology and cardiology, is essential.
- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Exceptional business management and sales skills, coupled with the ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into actionable, customer-centric proposals. Strong analytical mindset to assess market trends and drive data-informed decisions.
- Communication & Leadership: Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills, with the confidence to engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results.
