Finance Officer

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join an exciting project in the Makkah Region. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization by overseeing day-to-day financial activities, maintaining accurate records, and providing strategic financial insights. Key Responsibilities

The Finance Officer will play a central role in managing the company’s financial operations and ensuring compliance with established policies and regulations. The primary duties include:

• Cash Flow Management: Oversee and optimize the company’s cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability, while monitoring daily financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
• Compliance and Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous financial records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring all transactions are documented and auditable.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management for budgeting and investment decisions.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance financial processes and controls to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate financial risks across the organization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and executive leadership, to align financial strategies with business objectives and operational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Experience: Proven experience in financial management, including cash flow planning, budgeting, and financial reporting, with a minimum of [X] years in a similar role.
