Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join the team at Swissotel Living Jeddah. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to embark on a rewarding career in hospitality while contributing to the seamless operation of our premier property. As a Night Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of the hotel while delivering exceptional guest experiences during overnight hours. Key Responsibilities

• Overnight Operations Management: Oversee and manage all overnight operations to ensure the safety, security, and efficiency of the hotel. This includes monitoring front desk activities, handling guest inquiries, and addressing any operational challenges that may arise during nighttime hours.
• Financial Reporting and Reconciliation: Prepare and review daily financial transactions, including balancing cash drawers, reconciling accounts, and generating accurate key reports. Ensure all financial records are meticulously maintained and comply with company policies and accounting standards.
• Guest Service Excellence: Provide exceptional guest support with professionalism and courtesy. Address guest concerns promptly and ensure their needs are met to uphold the hotel’s reputation for outstanding service.
• Brand Consistency and Security: Uphold the high standards of Swissotel Living Jeddah by ensuring brand consistency across all guest interactions and operations. Monitor security protocols to safeguard guests, staff, and hotel property.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and address any interdepartmental needs. Maintain open communication to foster a cohesive and productive work environment.
• System Proficiency and Compliance: Maintain a high level of proficiency in all relevant systems, software, and procedures. Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure operational integrity and compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Fresh graduates with a degree in hospitality, business administration, finance, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
• Numerical and Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for numbers, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze financial data accurately.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to work independently, think critically, and remain composed under pressure. A proactive approach to resolving issues efficiently.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hotel management systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
