Senior CCNA/CCNP Voice Engineer (DGVox Call Recording & Archiving) - Riyadh, KSA

DeepSource Technologies, a leading technology company based in Riyadh, KSA, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CCNA/CCNP Voice Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice networking and a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing complex voice solutions.

The primary focus of this role is to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our DGVox call recording and archiving system. This includes managing system upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical guidance to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement voice networks using Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and other relevant technologies.
• Manage and maintain the DGVox call recording and archiving system, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice networking issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice solutions with other systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior CCNA/CCNP Voice Engineer, with a minimum of 5 years in voice networking.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and other Cisco voice technologies.
• Experience with DGVox call recording and archiving system is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system maintenance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
