Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative - Hematology - Riyadh

Amgen, a global biotechnology leader, seeks a dynamic and results-driven Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative to join our Hematology team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for driving sales and market share growth for our innovative hematology portfolio.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Provide clinical and product training to healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and product performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access.

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales, with a strong focus on hematology. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a Master's degree would be an asset. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, along with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
