Senior CCNA/CCNP Voice Engineer (DGVox Call Recording & Archiving) - Riyadh, KSA

Position Overview

DeepSource Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CCNA/CCNP Voice Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will specialize in DGVox Call Recording & Archiving solutions, ensuring seamless integration, optimization, and maintenance of voice communication systems. This role demands a deep understanding of Cisco networking technologies, voice infrastructure, and compliance-driven archiving solutions to support enterprise-grade deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• System Design & Implementation: Lead the design, deployment, and configuration of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Contact Center solutions, with a focus on DGVox Call Recording & Archiving integration.
• Voice Network Optimization: Analyze and optimize voice network performance, troubleshoot complex call routing issues, and ensure high availability of voice services across the organization.
• DGVox Integration & Support: Configure, customize, and maintain DGVox Call Recording & Archiving platforms to meet regulatory compliance and business requirements, including storage, retrieval, and audit functionalities.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance officers, to align voice solutions with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues related to voice infrastructure, call recording discrepancies, and archiving system failures, minimizing downtime and service disruptions.
• Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures. Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and support teams.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to data protection regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or local Saudi Arabian cybersecurity laws, by implementing secure archiving practices and access controls.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Must hold valid CCNA Voice or CCNP Voice certification (or equivalent). Additional certifications in Cisco Unified Communications or DGVox solutions are highly desirable.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience (5+ years) in designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco voice solutions, including CUCM, Cisco UCCX, and Cisco IM & Presence. Hands-on experience with DGVox Call Recording & Archiving platforms is mandatory.
• Networking & Security: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, QoS, SIP, and VoIP protocols. Familiarity with network security best practices, firewalls, and encryption methods for secure voice communications.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in high-pressure environments and propose effective solutions. Proficiency in using network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds) and call analytics platforms.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to mentor junior engineers, present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate with global teams.
• Compliance Awareness: Understanding of data retention policies, legal requirements for call recording, and industry-specific compliance frameworks relevant to the KSA market.
