Key Responsibilities

The Executive - Operations will play a critical role in enhancing the operational framework of our organization. Core responsibilities include:

• Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and implement innovative strategies to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance productivity across departments.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment. Prior exposure to the advertising, marketing, or communications industry is advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of operational software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is desirable.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with a focus on talent development and performance management.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
