Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CCNA/CCNP Voice Engineer specializing in DGVox Call Recording & Archiving solutions to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing advanced voice communication systems with a focus on call recording and archiving functionalities. Key Responsibilities
- System Design & Implementation: Develop and deploy scalable DGVox call recording and archiving solutions tailored to organizational requirements, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security.
- Network Configuration & Optimization: Configure and optimize Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, and other voice-related infrastructure components to support DGVox integration and performance.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to voice systems, call recording, and archiving, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance standards for call recording, data retention, and privacy, implementing necessary security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to align voice solutions with organizational goals. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Proactively monitor system performance, generate reports, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, upgrades, and support for DGVox solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certifications: Must hold active CCNA Voice or CCNP Voice certification, with a strong preference for additional certifications in Cisco Unified Communications or related technologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with DGVox call recording and archiving solutions, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, and voice gateway configurations.
- Networking Knowledge: Deep understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, H.323), QoS implementation, and network infrastructure supporting voice communications.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex voice system issues efficiently.
- Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, local data protection laws) and best practices for call recording, data retention, and security.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in project objectives.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in voice engineering, with a proven track record in deploying and managing DGVox or similar call recording solutions.
