As a Data Architect, you will:

Design and implement data architecture frameworks that align with business objectives and enhance decision-making processes.
Create and maintain logical and physical data models to effectively organize our data assets.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather data requirements and ensure consistency with the data strategy.
Lead data integration initiatives, ensuring smooth connectivity among various systems and applications.
Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies to promote ongoing advancements in data architecture practices.
Mentor junior data professionals and foster a culture of data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.
Understand, document, and analyze existing data architecture designs and establish the future data reference architecture.
Identify gaps in data architecture and enterprise data designs, and define data requirements for various solutions and services.
Develop data architecture designs and facilitate the technical integration of applications for projects throughout their development and implementation phases.
Create and update principles, standards, and frameworks pertaining to data.

We require:

A Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology.
In-depth knowledge of data management and governance.
Experience with data management products.
The ability to lead a data management team and align with strategic and operational goals.
Familiarity with relevant technical and national regulations and standards.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
Competence in assessing compliance and generating necessary reports.
Expertise in statistics, data analysis, and research methodologies.
Certification as an Enterprise Architect TOGAF +9.
