Key Responsibilities

As an OT/Cybersecurity Engineer at ITB, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our clients' industrial operations from evolving cyber threats. Your responsibilities will include:

• Industrial Cybersecurity Implementation: Design, deploy, and manage robust cybersecurity solutions tailored for ICS/SCADA environments, with a primary focus on Nozomi Networks technologies to ensure comprehensive threat detection and mitigation.
• Network Security and Monitoring: Leverage your expertise in networking and cybersecurity to monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents in real-time, ensuring the integrity and availability of critical industrial systems.
• Risk Assessment and Compliance: Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities within industrial networks, and develop strategies to ensure compliance with international cybersecurity standards and industry best practices.
• Incident Response and Recovery: Lead incident response efforts to minimize the impact of cybersecurity breaches, including containment, eradication, and recovery actions to restore normal operations swiftly and securely.
• Collaboration and Training: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and management, to foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness. Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on emerging threats and security protocols.
• Solution Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize Nozomi Networks solutions and other cybersecurity tools to enhance their effectiveness in detecting and preventing cyber threats in industrial environments.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in OT/cybersecurity, with a strong focus on industrial control systems and SCADA environments.
• Certifications: Possession of a Nozomi Networks Certification and a valid CCNA Certification is mandatory. Additional cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+, are highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies. Experience with industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, Profibus) and security tools is essential.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or specialized training in industrial cybersecurity will be considered a plus.
• Industrial Environment Experience: Prior experience working in industrial environments, such as oil and gas, manufacturing, or utilities, is preferred but not mandatory.
