About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to extract actionable insights that inform business strategies. Utilize statistical methodologies, predictive modeling, and trend analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and opportunities for improvement.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and develop business intelligence solutions that align with organizational goals. Design, implement, and maintain automated reports and interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Data Quality & Governance: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data through rigorous validation processes. Implement and adhere to data governance frameworks, including data cleansing, standardization, and documentation practices. Address data anomalies promptly to maintain high-quality data sources.
• Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels, including executives, managers, and technical teams. Deliver compelling presentations and reports that facilitate informed decision-making and drive organizational alignment.
• Collaboration & Process Improvement: Partner with IT, data engineering, and other departments to enhance data architecture, infrastructure, and collection processes. Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to strategic initiatives that foster innovation and efficiency.
• Technical Proficiency & Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics. Continuously evaluate and implement advanced analytical tools, methodologies, and automation techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of data-driven solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field. Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL is essential, along with a deep understanding of data manipulation, querying, and analysis techniques. Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI, is required to create compelling narratives from data.

You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are critical to effectively convey technical findings to non-technical audiences. Additionally, familiarity with statistical tools and techniques—such as regression analysis, A/B testing, and forecasting—will enable you to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
