Your responsibilities will encompass driving operational excellence in commercial and financial processes, ensuring seamless order-to-cash (O2C) execution, and fostering strategic growth within our Electrical Products division.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Management: Oversee and manage orders in alignment with general accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all commercial transactions.
• Order & Warehouse Leadership: Lead the order management and warehouse teams to process and execute orders efficiently. Verify the completeness of required documentation, manage delivery releases, prepare and submit sales invoices with supporting backups, and facilitate customer acceptance and receivables collection.
• Factory Operations Oversight: Manage all commercial activities and operational aspects of factory functions to enhance productivity and align with business objectives.
• Month-End Close Activities: Spearhead the month-end financial close process, including the preparation of cost accruals, provisions, and accurate revenue and profit recognition. Ensure compliance with financial reporting guidelines.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Support business lines in developing monthly and quarterly forecasts related to order intake, net sales, gross margin, gross profit, and product-specific provisions/accruals. Provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Cash Collection Management: Implement and monitor cash collection strategies to ensure timely receipt of customer payments and optimize working capital.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain sustainable business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, mitigate, and report on product-related business risks and opportunities to safeguard organizational interests.
• Audit Support: Provide comprehensive support for internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Competencies

To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of academic excellence, professional experience, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a product-based business environment, with a focus on controlling, finance, or commercial operations.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SAP and SAP Business Warehouse, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail. Proven capacity to communicate complex information clearly and build strong professional relationships across diverse teams.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak proficiently.
• Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and results-driven mindset. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic and international setting.
• Legal & Compliance Awareness: Basic understanding of legal concepts and their application in commercial and financial operations.
