Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, aligning individual and collective efforts with the organization’s strategic goals. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation while ensuring adherence to safety, sustainability, and ethical practices.
• Operational Optimization: Conduct comprehensive analyses of workflows, supply chain processes, and resource utilization to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Implement data-driven solutions—leveraging methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent frameworks—to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and maximize output.
• Supply Chain & Logistics Oversight: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, vendor relations, and logistics. Ensure timely delivery of products and services while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Performance Metrics & Reporting: Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance against targets. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and strategic adjustments.
• Budget & Financial Stewardship: Manage the operations department’s budget with a focus on cost control, resource optimization, and financial accountability. Collaborate with finance teams to align operational expenditures with organizational financial goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between departments, facilitating seamless communication and alignment of operational initiatives with broader organizational objectives. Champion collaborative projects that enhance efficiency, innovation, and market responsiveness.
• Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and ethical practices. Implement robust processes to mitigate risks, uphold operational integrity, and maintain customer trust.
• Technology & Innovation Integration: Leverage ERP systems, data analytics tools, and operational software to enhance visibility, automate processes, and drive continuous improvement. Stay abreast of technological advancements to future-proof operations.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of seven years of progressive experience in operations management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and resource optimization, coupled with a deep understanding of data analytics and its application in operational decision-making.

We seek a leader who excels in strategic planning, budget management, and process improvement, with hands-on experience in methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Strong project management skills are essential, as is the ability to navigate complex operational challenges with decisive action and innovative solutions. Exceptional communication—both verbal and written—is critical to articulate goals, strategies, and performance insights across all levels of the organization.
