The Family Medicine Consultant is responsible for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare to individuals and families of all ages. This role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, promoting health education, and coordinating care with specialists.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough patient consultations, both in-person and via telehealth, to assess symptoms, review medical history, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Providing preventive, acute, and chronic care, with a focus on chronic disease management and health promotion.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and practicing population health management.
• Adhering to all relevant medical regulations, ethical guidelines, and quality assurance standards for telehealth and in-person practice.
• Continuously enhancing professional knowledge and skills in family medicine and telehealth best practices.
• Maintaining proficiency in utilizing the designated telehealth platform and maintaining accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
