Core Responsibilities for Construction Professionals

As a valued member of our team, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Delivery & Execution:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver construction projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Ensure all construction activities adhere to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and industry-leading quality standards.
  • Leverage strong coordination skills to manage relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering seamless project execution.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, challenges, and bottlenecks to maintain optimal progress and efficiency.
• Quality, Safety & Compliance:
  • Uphold rigorous quality standards in alignment with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and international best practices.
  • Champion a culture of safety by strictly adhering to HSE policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental sustainability guidelines.
  • Lead QA/QC processes, including inspections, testing, and comprehensive documentation to ensure project integrity.
  • Ensure full compliance with local authority permits, construction regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Communication & Coordination:
  • Maintain transparent and effective communication channels with project teams, senior management, clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Participate in critical project meetings, coordination sessions, and progress reviews to drive informed decision-making.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports, documentation, and deliverables in a timely manner to support project transparency and accountability.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, as applicable to the specific role.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for all positions. Proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
• Experience: Relevant industry experience in building construction, infrastructure, or data center projects, with the required years of experience varying by position and seniority level.
• Professional Accreditation: Active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory for all engineering roles. Professional certifications such as PMP, CIPS, NEBOSH, CQI, SHRM, or CMA are preferred, depending on the discipline.
• Technical Competency: Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and systems relevant to the role (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Project, Revit, or similar platforms).
• Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
