As an Account Executive, you'll support our account management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This junior-level role is perfect for self-driven candidates with 0-2 years of experience, focusing on communication, coordination, and basic reporting.

• Support assigned customer accounts and assist in day-to-day account coordination.
• Communicate with customers to understand service requirements and share updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Follow up on service-related issues and support their timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer data and documentation.
• Assist in preparing basic reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and service standards.
• Support senior account team members in ongoing account activities.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field, strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting is essential.
