As we expand, we're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Customer Service Admin Representative. This remote position balances customer interactions with administrative responsibilities, requiring excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Respond professionally to customer inquiries via multiple channels, provide accurate information, resolve concerns efficiently, and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Administrative Support: Process customer requests, maintain databases, prepare reports, organize files, and assist with scheduling.
• Documentation & Data Management: Accurately document customer interactions, ensure data accuracy, and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with internal departments, follow up on action items, and communicate updates professionally.
• Performance: Meet established service and administrative performance standards, maintain accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related role.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience.
• Experience using CRM systems and familiarity with document management tools.
