Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Corporate IT Manager to lead our enterprise-wide technology initiatives, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance IT operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Digital Transformation, and IT Governance, with a proven track record of aligning technology strategy with overarching business objectives. This leadership role demands strategic foresight, operational excellence, and the ability to drive innovation while maintaining robust governance and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Corporate IT Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s technological future by executing the following responsibilities:

IT Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking IT strategy that aligns with and supports the organization’s business goals and long-term vision.
  • Provide executive leadership to the IT department, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability among cross-functional technology teams.
  • Define comprehensive IT roadmaps, allocate budgets, and strategize technology investments to optimize resource utilization and drive sustainable growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights into emerging technologies, digital innovation trends, and their potential impact on the business.
  • Establish robust IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

IT Infrastructure Management

  • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, storage solutions, virtualization platforms, cloud environments, networks, and data centers.
  • Ensure the high availability, scalability, and performance of critical IT systems to meet evolving business demands.
  • Lead modernization initiatives, including cloud migration strategies, to enhance agility, reduce operational costs, and improve system resilience.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans to safeguard against disruptions and ensure operational continuity.
  • Optimize infrastructure costs without compromising service quality, performance, or security.

Information Security & Cybersecurity

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive enterprise information security strategy to protect organizational assets and data integrity.
  • Ensure strict compliance with cybersecurity frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory mandates to mitigate risks and avoid potential breaches.
  • Lead proactive vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits to identify and address potential threats.
  • Manage Security Operations, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and endpoint security initiatives to fortify the organization’s digital defenses.
  • Spearhead incident response efforts, implementing corrective actions to minimize impact and prevent recurrence of security breaches.
  • Champion a culture of security awareness across the organization through training programs and policy enforcement.

Digital Transformation

  • Drive transformative digital initiatives across all business functions to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage.
  • Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies, including automation, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and process optimization tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology-driven opportunities that align with strategic objectives.
  • Measure and report the business value and ROI of digital transformation projects to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

IT Operations & Service Management

  • Ensure stable and resilient IT operations with high service availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Implement and maintain IT Service Management (ITSM) processes based on ITIL best practices to enhance service delivery and support.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain operational excellence and accountability.
  • Continuously improve incident, problem, change, and asset management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Oversee vendor performance and manage outsourced IT services to ensure alignment with organizational standards and expectations.

Enterprise Applications

  • Oversee the implementation, integration, and support of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other mission-critical systems.
  • Ensure seamless application integration and data integrity across systems to support business processes and decision-making.
  • Manage software licensing, lifecycle, and upgrades to maintain compliance and optimize performance.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 27001, NCA ECC, NIST, CIS Controls, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop, document, and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures to maintain operational consistency and security.
  • Conduct comprehensive IT risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address potential vulnerabilities.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring transparency, accountability, and adherence to compliance requirements.

Project & Portfolio Management

  • Lead large-scale IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manage project portfolios, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and resource availability.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies to optimize outcomes and adapt to evolving requirements.

Vendor & Financial Management

  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with technology vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and SLAs to ensure value-driven partnerships and minimize risk exposure.
  • Prepare, monitor, and control IT operating and capital budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Evaluate technology investments, assess ROI, and make data-driven recommendations to support informed decision-making.

People Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop IT managers, engineers, analysts, and support teams to build a high-performing and collaborative IT organization.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement succession planning to foster talent retention and growth.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional development within the IT department.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud computing (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), network architecture, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Strong background in Microsoft Windows Server and Linux administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent are highly desirable.
