The Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. This dynamic position involves providing outstanding customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and assisting with food service.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, offering menu recommendations and answering queries.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area.
• Handle cash and card transactions with precision.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning the dining area, including restocking supplies.

We seek candidates with:

• Previous experience as a Sales Associate, barista, or waiter.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
