Senior Security Engineer

Secure the Future of Cloud Platforms

We're seeking a Senior Security Engineer to drive the evolution of secure cloud platforms and modern security engineering practices. In this role, you'll intersect with Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Zero Trust, collaborating with engineering, platform, and infrastructure teams to design, implement, and enhance enterprise security capabilities.

Your passion for building secure-by-design platforms, automating security at scale, and solving complex cloud security challenges will be invaluable in this role.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architectures and landing zones.
• Lead cloud security posture management and configuration compliance initiatives.
• Define cloud security standards and reference architectures.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security controls.
• Design and manage Zero Trust network security, micro-segmentation, and secure cloud-native access models.
• Lead Kubernetes security architecture and governance.
• Build secure DevSecOps pipelines and integrate automated security controls throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design enterprise authentication and authorization using Keycloak and manage secrets with HashiCorp Vault.
• Partner with teams to embed security into every stage of the development lifecycle.
• Lead security investigations, conduct security reviews, and contribute to continuous security improvement.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering
• Expertise in OCI, Palo Alto NGFW, F5 BIG-IP, Kubernetes Security, GitLab DevSecOps, Keycloak IAM, HashiCorp Vault, Terraform & Pulumi, Open Policy Agent (OPA) and Policy-as-Code frameworks
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native security technologies, IaC security, SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets detection, and automated security quality gates
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, PCNSE, OCI Security Professional, CKS, HashiCorp Vault Associate, Terraform Associate
