Managed.sa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity and IT service projects. Key Responsibilities

The PMO Manager / Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Core duties include:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Coordinate and collaborate with internal technical teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve dependencies.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.
• Governance and Reporting: Conduct regular project governance meetings, prepare detailed status reports, executive dashboards, and meeting minutes to keep stakeholders informed and aligned with project objectives.
• Resource Allocation and Optimization: Manage resource allocation efficiently, address delivery constraints, and ensure optimal utilization of team capabilities to meet project demands.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to PMO standards, contractual obligations, and client requirements.
• Methodology Enhancement: Contribute to the development and refinement of project-management methodologies to improve efficiency and scalability across the organization.
• Client Relationship Management: Manage client expectations, foster strong professional relationships, and escalate critical risks or delays to senior management as required.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated expertise in managing cybersecurity, technology, or IT service projects, with a focus on scope, resources, timelines, risks, budgets, and client communication.
• Reporting and Communication: Proven ability to prepare executive-level reports and project dashboards, ensuring clarity and transparency for all stakeholders.
• Leadership and Problem-Solving: Strong stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication, coordination, and leadership capabilities.
• Multitasking and Prioritization: Capacity to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of project-management tools and methodologies, including Agile and traditional frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will enhance a candidate’s application:

• PMO Experience: Prior experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: Background in cybersecurity consulting or managed security services.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project-management certifications.
• Government/Enterprise Projects: Experience delivering projects for Saudi government entities or large enterprise clients.
