Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of client implementation projects within Rasēd’s expanding portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary driver of project scope, planning, execution, and closure, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Own the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including defining scope, developing comprehensive project plans, executing deliverables, and ensuring successful project completion.
• Project Governance: Maintain meticulous project documentation, including project plans, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, and stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate project steering meetings, produce regular status reports, and coordinate resources across multiple teams, including Fraud Detection Engineering (FDE), Professional Services, and Sales, to meet critical milestones.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the implementation process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and blockers, escalate critical issues to the PMO Director, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Experience: Minimum of three years of project management experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong advantage.
• Methodologies: Demonstrated expertise in both Agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies, with the ability to adapt to diverse project requirements.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in banking, fintech, or RegTech sectors is highly desirable, providing a deep understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory landscapes in these domains.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across technical and commercial teams to drive project success.

Location and Employment Details

This is an onsite, full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates who are Saudi nationals will be given preference in the hiring process.
