Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the sales team, logistics, and management. Your responsibilities will encompass managing purchase orders, facilitating communication between sales staff and executives, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Receive and process purchase orders from the sales team, promptly informing the sales executive of all incoming orders. Ensure orders are accurately documented and tracked to avoid delays.
• Sales Support: Address requests from the sales team regarding quotations, product information, or order status. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide timely and accurate responses.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team to monitor order progress, address potential bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery. Follow up on approvals and expedite orders to meet critical deadlines.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily sales reports, including pending orders, to the Sales Manager. Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer inquiries, and order statuses to support data-driven decision-making.
• Quotation Preparation: Assist the sales team by preparing accurate and competitive quotations, ensuring alignment with company policies and market standards.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or customer service role within a corporate or industrial environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.
