Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Salesperson to join our retail team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Experience:
  • Greet and welcome customers warmly, creating a positive first impression to foster long-term relationships.
  • Assess customer needs through attentive listening and effective questioning to provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Deliver accurate and detailed product information, highlighting key features and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving concerns professionally.
• Sales Execution & Target Achievement:
  • Proactively promote products and ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Utilize persuasive communication skills to close sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Merchandising & Store Presentation:
  • Maintain visually appealing and well-organized product displays to enhance customer appeal and accessibility.
  • Regularly restock shelves, ensuring products are readily available and presented attractively.
  • Verify pricing accuracy, update signage, and maintain a clean, orderly sales floor to meet brand standards.
• Product Knowledge & Customer Advisory:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotional offers.
  • Provide expert advice to customers, guiding them toward the most suitable products based on their needs and preferences.
• Point-of-Sale Operations:
  • Operate cash registers and payment systems with precision, ensuring accurate processing of transactions, returns, and exchanges.
  • Adhere to company policies and cash-handling procedures to maintain financial integrity and security.
• Team Collaboration & Operational Support:
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and store leadership to achieve daily operational goals and KPIs.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support new team members by sharing best practices and fostering a cohesive work environment.
• Loss Prevention & Compliance:
  • Adhere to security protocols, inventory control measures, and company policies to safeguard assets and minimize losses.
  • Report any suspicious activities or discrepancies to management promptly and accurately.
• Performance Reporting & Feedback:
  • Provide regular updates to store management on customer trends, inventory requirements, and sales performance.
  • Contribute insights to improve store operations and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of one year of retail or sales experience is preferred; however, motivated entry-level candidates with a strong background in customer service are highly encouraged to apply.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse customer bases.
• Customer Focus: A demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service, building customer loyalty, and fostering positive brand perceptions.
• Numeracy & Attention to Detail: Proficiency in handling cash transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records with a high degree of precision.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise as needed, and perform routine store maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Adaptability & Teamwork: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic retail setting.
• Legal Eligibility: Must possess legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
