About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring all milestones for the Riyadh-based partner are met punctually. Monitor deadlines and flag potential delays to leadership for proactive resolution.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare concise summary reports and meeting agendas to keep the team aligned on weekly priorities. Organize and maintain internal documentation, ensuring files are current, well-structured, and easily accessible to stakeholders.
• Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external representatives, ensuring information flows smoothly and accurately across all channels.
• Data Management: Track and update project administrative data in accordance with our rigorous internal oversight standards, providing leadership with real-time visibility into progress.
• Process Optimization: Assist in drafting internal briefings that summarize project statuses and identify potential logistical bottlenecks. Support the preparation of documentation for project reviews, ensuring records reflect the latest decisions and developments.
