Junior Management Consultant (Saudi National)

About the Role

Pearls Consulting is actively seeking a driven and analytically minded Junior Management Consultant to join our expanding team. In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in supporting client engagements across Saudi Arabia, assisting organizations in enhancing performance, streamlining operations, reducing costs, and achieving their strategic goals. Collaborating closely with seasoned consultants and client stakeholders, you will contribute to identifying business challenges, formulating actionable recommendations, and facilitating the implementation of impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Management Consultant, your contributions will span a variety of critical areas, including:

• Strategy Development and Business Planning: Assist in crafting strategic frameworks and business plans to guide organizational growth and decision-making.
• Operations Optimization: Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for enhanced productivity.
• Business Process Improvement: Drive enhancements across multiple functions, such as supply chain, procurement, finance, warehousing, facility management, HR, and IT, to foster operational excellence.
• Project Management and PMO Support: Provide structured project management assistance, including coordination, tracking, and reporting to ensure project success.
• Change Management and Organizational Transformation: Support clients in navigating organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new initiatives.
• Data Gathering, Analysis, and Insight Presentation: Collect and analyze data to derive actionable insights, which will be presented through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Client Engagement: Participate in workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and facilitate collaborative problem-solving.

Depending on project requirements, you may be stationed at Pearls Consulting’s office in Riyadh or Tunis, or deployed directly at client sites to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following attributes and qualifications:

• A degree from a recognized institution in engineering, business, economics, or management.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in data collection, structuring, and analysis to inform decision-making.
• Strong critical thinking skills to dissect complex business challenges and propose viable solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data manipulation and presentation development.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and deliver high-quality results within stipulated deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, ensuring clear and effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
• A collaborative mindset, adaptability to dynamic environments, and a professional demeanor when engaging with clients.
• Up to two years of relevant experience, including internships or project-based roles, which have equipped you with practical insights into consulting methodologies.
