Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing skilled or hands-on maintenance and repair work across a variety of systems, ensuring optimal functionality and safety. This role involves a broad range of tasks, including:

• Performing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing systems, and building works.
• Conducting routine inspections to identify potential issues and performing preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Diagnosing and resolving issues with equipment and machinery.
• Installing and maintaining various types of equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Responding to emergency maintenance requests and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensuring that all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Assisting in coordinating and scheduling routine maintenance with the team.
• Communicating with management regarding any critical issues or maintenance needs.
• Assisting in upgrading or replacing systems and equipment as needed.
• Using the Company related softwares and applications professionally.
• Performing any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by Management.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on engineering or a related field.
• 3-4+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
