Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Front-End Developer to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Develop responsive and visually appealing web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, ensuring optimal user experience across devices.
• Assist in the creation of reusable UI components and front-end features to enhance efficiency and maintainability.
• Translate UI/UX design mockups and wireframes into functional, high-quality web pages with pixel-perfect precision.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness to deliver seamless experiences on all platforms.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance to meet industry standards and user expectations.

Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with designers, developers, and product managers to align on project goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, code reviews, and team meetings to foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
• Communicate project progress, technical challenges, and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and web services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

Code Quality

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Debug and resolve front-end issues efficiently, leveraging browser developer tools and testing methodologies.
• Contribute to testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of delivered solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0–2 years of hands-on experience in front-end development or web development, including internships, freelance projects, or academic work.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Git version control for collaborative development and code management.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Familiarity with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS to streamline development.
