Parsons, a leading global engineering and construction firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Saudi National to join our team as a Project Controls Specialist in Tabuk. This role is critical to the success of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Project Controls Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management for our projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the project management plan and that any deviations are identified and managed effectively.

• Responsibilities include:
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, including critical path analysis and progress tracking.
• Preparing and managing project budgets, including cost tracking and variance analysis.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, including developing and implementing risk management plans.
• Providing regular project status reports and contributing to project reviews and lessons learned.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure that project controls processes are followed and that project data is accurate and up-to-date.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in project controls, with experience in a similar role within the engineering or construction industry. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
