Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Digital Transformation Specialist – Enterprise Architecture to spearhead enterprise architecture initiatives, ensure seamless alignment between technology and business strategy, and lead transformative digital programs in compliance with national frameworks and industry best practices. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of organizations by designing robust enterprise architectures that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in enterprise architecture and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Architecture Framework Development: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive Enterprise Architecture frameworks and governance structures to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and modernization programs, driving adoption of cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance operational performance.
• Strategic Roadmap Development: Develop and execute enterprise architecture roadmaps that are meticulously aligned with business strategy, ensuring long-term sustainability and competitive advantage.
• Architecture Principles & Standards: Establish and enforce enterprise architecture principles, standards, and governance processes to maintain architectural integrity and facilitate informed decision-making.
• Business Process Reengineering: Lead initiatives focused on reengineering business processes to optimize efficiency, reduce redundancy, and enhance agility in response to evolving market demands.
• Current & Future-State Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of existing and proposed architectures to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Architecture Assessments & Recommendations: Perform detailed architecture assessments and provide actionable recommendations to enhance system performance, security, and scalability.
• Framework Compliance: Ensure all enterprise architecture initiatives adhere to national frameworks such as NORA and international standards like TOGAF, fostering a structured and compliant approach to transformation.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead cross-functional Enterprise Architecture teams, mentor stakeholders, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Executive Communication: Prepare and deliver executive reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, articulating complex architectural concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Enterprise Architecture: Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-wide architectural solutions.
• Digital Transformation: Extensive experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and driving organizational change.
• TOGAF Certification: In-depth knowledge and application of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).
• NORA Framework: Familiarity with the National eGovernment Authority (NORA) framework and its alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Business Architecture: Ability to develop and align business architecture with IT strategy to support organizational objectives.
• Technology Architecture: Expertise in designing scalable and resilient technology architectures that support business needs.
• Data Architecture: Proficiency in structuring and managing enterprise data architectures to enable informed decision-making.
• Governance & Strategy: Strong understanding of governance frameworks and the ability to develop strategic roadmaps.
• Business Process Reengineering: Experience in analyzing and redesigning business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage and align stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Enterprise Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Architecture and Digital Transformation.
• Preferred certifications include TOGAF, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP).
