We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Medical Director - Sports Medicine & Performance Center to lead the strategic, operational, and clinical excellence of our Sports Medicine & Performance Center. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
The Medical Director will define and execute a forward-thinking strategy for the Sports Medicine & Performance Center, identifying opportunities for service expansion, innovation, and differentiation within the competitive healthcare landscape. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing annual service line plans, operating models, and growth initiatives to enhance market positioning.
- Leading the creation of compelling business cases for new services, advanced equipment, strategic partnerships, and capability investments.
- Positioning the service line as a high-quality, differentiated offering that attracts top athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and healthcare referrals.
Operational Excellence & Efficiency
This role demands hands-on ownership of day-to-day operations to ensure seamless, safe, and high-quality service delivery. The Medical Director will:
- Oversee service workflows, patient/client pathways, scheduling, capacity management, and resource allocation to optimize throughput and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sports medicine, rehabilitation, performance training, medical clinics, and customer service, to foster integrated care delivery.
