Chief Accountant - Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya

Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking a seasoned and meticulous Chief Accountant to bolster our Finance Department and uphold the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity. • Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with hotel financial policies, local regulations, and Hyatt standards
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and analysis for management review
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Lead and supervise the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and timely task completion
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions
• Support department heads with financial insights to enhance operational performance
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure proper documentation of financial processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Mandatory hotel accounting experience, preferably in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proficient in accounting systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
