Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor role is operationally focused, involving the oversight of team member activities to ensure exceptional guest experiences and adherence to standards around people, product, and cleanliness.

• People Management: Leads by example, demonstrating respect for team members and guests, providing specific direction, encouraging a fun work environment, training new members, and reporting on team member performance.
• Hospitality Management: Prioritizes guest satisfaction, responds promptly to guest service complaints, and reinforces positive hospitality behaviors.
• Operations Management: Ensures compliance with operating standards, maintains product stock and merchandising, manages shift cash procedures, supervises team members, and completes required shift documentation.
• Health & Safety: Follows safe work practices, reports incidents, and ensures health and safety policies are adhered to during the shift.
• Cashiering: Supervises technical equipment, manages cash till, receives payments, issues receipts, and maintains clean checkout areas.
