In this role, you will lead and manage structural engineering projects, ensuring they meet our clients' needs and comply with international standards. You will also mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and drawings.
• Conduct site inspections and structural assessments.
• Manage project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in structural engineering. Proficiency in structural design software and fluency in English are also required.
