As an Electrician, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our electrical systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating, maintaining, and repairing all electrical equipment and systems, including fire alarms and motor control centers.
• Assisting fire alarm contractors during scheduled maintenance and briefing them on equipment conditions.
• Managing spare parts inventory and ensuring the quality of purchased materials.
• Implementing energy-saving measures to reduce energy costs.
• Conducting daily checks on various electrical systems and ensuring they operate within desired parameters.
• Familiarizing yourself with the building's layout and safety aspects.
• Performing preventive maintenance and maintaining service history reports.
• Advising system improvements to optimize efficiency and economy.
• Assisting in preparing spare parts lists and maintaining general mechanical systems.
• Participating in the hotel's energy conservation program.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in plant rooms, workshops, and related areas.
• Providing breakdown services in guest rooms and maintaining public area electrical equipment.
• Handling unexpected problems and preventing issues in technical installations.
• Following the preventive maintenance program and assisting in monthly inventory.
• Undertaking duties of the Electrical Technician as per the Engineer Duty Roster.
• Performing any other reasonable duties assigned.
