This strategic role encompasses operational leadership, client relationship management, commercial performance, and exceptional project delivery. Collaborate with regional leadership to influence business strategy and expand our presence in Saudi Arabia's dynamic construction market.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Drive profitable project delivery while maintaining high technical and quality standards.
• Develop and execute the office business plan aligned with regional objectives.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Support business development, win new work, and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide commercial oversight, including forecasting, project profitability, fee management, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure efficient project delivery through effective resource planning and utilisation.
• Lead recruitment, succession planning, and talent development for continued growth.
• Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Represent Black & White Engineering with clients, industry bodies, and at professional events.

We seek candidates with:

• Significant experience leading multidisciplinary MEP engineering teams.
• A proven track record delivering large, complex building projects, ideally within Data Centres or mission critical environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project profitability, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Experience developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• A strong understanding of project governance, quality management, and risk management.
• Experience working across international projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• A degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status (or working towards Chartership) is highly desirable.
