We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to oversee the execution of our training programs, ensuring seamless communication, strict compliance, and robust stakeholder engagement throughout the entire process. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the central point of contact for all program-related activities, driving operational excellence while maintaining alignment with Google’s training standards and customer expectations. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering high-quality learning experiences that meet both strategic and tactical objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The Program Manager will be responsible for the following core functions:

Communicate these updates to stakeholders across Google, the customer, and Authorized Training Partners (ATPs) on a weekly basis.
- Weekly Reporting: Develop and distribute concise yet comprehensive weekly updates, including the "Weekly Learning Program Update" and "Weekly Report" emails. These communications will highlight key achievements, upcoming training sessions, and critical focus areas to ensure all stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
- Quarterly Future Planning: Leverage data-driven insights to recommend program enhancements and strategic pivots, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Bi-Annual Governance & Compliance: Establish and maintain robust program governance frameworks, ensuring all activities adhere to Google Training Compliance guidelines. Collaborate closely with the Cloud Learning Lead (CLL), Learning Services, and Order Fulfillment Operations (OFO) to address compliance requirements and represent Google Cloud Learning in relevant meetings as needed.

- Specialized Coordination: Lead the coordination of ad-hoc requests outside the established program scope, triaging and escalating issues to the appropriate teams across Google and the customer to ensure timely resolution.
- Training and Logistics Management:
- Weekly Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between learning service stakeholders, including the CLL, trainers, and OFO. Facilitate weekly meetings with each stakeholder group and lead bi-weekly alignment sessions to ensure cohesive program execution.
- Operational Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address delivery challenges, documenting these issues in weekly reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Quarterly Scheduling and Confirmation: Partner with ATPs and the customer to finalize training schedules on a quarterly basis, with iterative adjustments as required by Cloud Learning Services (CLS) rescheduling policies.
- Policy Enforcement: Uphold and emphasize adherence to Cloud Learning Services policies regarding cancellations, postponements, and other operational changes to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Registration and Certification:
- Voucher Administration: Oversee the management and tracking of certification voucher distribution and reporting to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Bi-Weekly Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams across Google, ATPs, and the customer to coordinate promotional activities, including email campaigns, social media assets (e.g., Ha ilo posts), and brochures.
- Monthly Marketing Planning: Contribute actionable insights to inform marketing strategies, validate training registration pages, and align them with the training schedule. Work with marketing teams to establish a sustainable cadence for reminder communications, including emails sent one week prior to events and localized promotional efforts.
- Registration Platform Management: Administer the Google RSVP registration tool and oversee website updates for customer initiative courses in partnership with CLS Operations, Marketing, ATPs, and the customer.
- Reporting & Evaluation:
- Consumption Tracking: Monitor learning consumption across all modalities, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), On-Demand Learning (OLT), and voucher-based programs, to assess engagement and effectiveness.
- Monthly Feedback Integration: Establish a structured feedback loop to measure learning effectiveness, gather learner insights, and identify opportunities for program enhancement.
- Quarterly KPI Monitoring: Set, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as registration targets and other metrics for quarterly reviews with Joint Steering Committees or the customer.
- Progress Reviews: Conduct continuous program reviews and provide weekly updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Bi-Annual Final Evaluation: Compile comprehensive final training reports that offer an end-to-end overview of program metrics, outcomes, and overall effectiveness to inform future initiatives.
