We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technical trajectory and leading the development of its core technology platforms.

The Opportunity

This role is designed for a dynamic technology leader who thrives in building technology from the ground up. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer to define the company’s technical direction, establish robust engineering foundations, recruit top-tier technical talent, and oversee the development of future technology platforms. This position is not a conventional IT management role; instead, it demands an individual with exceptional engineering judgment, system design expertise, and the ability to transform ambitious technical visions into actionable and executable technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for a wide range of critical functions, including:

• Technical Strategy and Architecture: Defining the company’s long-term technical strategy and architectural blueprint to ensure alignment with business objectives and technological advancements.
• Engineering Leadership: Leading engineering planning, execution, and delivery to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable technology solutions.
• Team Development: Building and mentoring high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Development Standards: Establishing and enforcing robust development standards, engineering practices, and best-in-class methodologies to drive operational excellence.
• Technology Evaluation: Assessing and selecting cutting-edge technologies, frameworks, and architectural decisions to maintain a competitive edge and ensure scalability.
• Strategic Partnerships: Supporting technical due diligence processes and cultivating strategic technology partnerships to enhance the company’s technological capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working seamlessly across research, engineering, and product functions to translate innovative ideas into deployable and impactful systems.
