Available Opportunities

• Logistics Coordinator: Oversee daily logistics operations, manage manpower, inventory/equipment tracking, safety compliance, quality control, and operational coordination.
• Logistics Crew Member: Perform loading, unloading, material handling, and distribution activities while ensuring safe equipment operation, compliance with safety standards, and proper maintenance of work areas.
• Logistics Admin Assistant: Provide administrative and operational support through inventory and shipment tracking, system updates, document management, and personnel attendance monitoring.
• Logistics Coordinator: Coordinate distribution operations, manage delivery schedules and truck appointments, update shipment milestones in TMS, and maintain logistics documentation and attendance records.
• Logistics Specialist: Support end-to-end shipment operations by coordinating transportation, customs clearance, tracking, documentation management, delivery scheduling, reporting, and logistics team administration.
• PMA Logistics Coordinator: Manage logistics support for assigned teams across Airport, Hotel, and Venue locations by coordinating movements, tracking equipment and shipments, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining stakeholder communication.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek Saudi Nationals who are fluent in English and hold a diploma or are currently studying in one of the following disciplines:

• Logistics
• Supply Chain Management
• Engineering
• Computer Science
• Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Hospitality Management
• Event Management
• Tourism
• Linguistics
• Business Administration

Candidate Requirements

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Full availability and commitment throughout the project period (October 2026 – February 2027)
• Effective working ability in a dynamic operational environment
• Professionalism, adaptability, and strong commitment to project success
• Entitlement to one day off per week (subject to operational requirements)
